For passengers in a car in manual wheelchairs without head support, special back-and-head support in a car is paid for. Comfort wheelchairs as well as electric wheelchairs are crash tested with the appropriate head support, and therefore no special back and head support is required in car for passenger in comfort wheelchair or electric wheelchair.
