A town or minicipal council must sign off on an agreement between owners of vessels and processing plants of the catch.
Such an endorsement shall include the following confirmation by the municipality or municipal council:
the owner of a fishing vessel has made a written agreement with the processing plant concerning the quantity to be landed for processing within the community in question.
