Child pensions for study or training

Supporting data

With the first application:

When applying, you must submit either:

  • confirmation of the study, indicating the number of units of the study, confirmed by the school's office;

or

  • contract for vocational training.

In addition, you may need to submit the following data if they are relevant:

  • a ruling on the parent's inability to pay from the district commissioner; that ruling provides that the parent cannot pay or that the parent has not been found.

  • confirmation from a counsellor or doctor of learning difficulties.

To extend payments:

A confirmation from a school must be submitted stating:

  • information on the progress of the studies in the last month;

  • how many units the applicant is registered in in the coming semester.

If a trainee´s previous contract has expired, a new contract must be submitted.

If you have not completed full training in the previous semester or otherwise have not fulfilled the requirements for payments, the payment of child pensions may be deferred until the end of the current semester and you demonstrate that you have completed full training in that semester.
