Select Applications
Adjust to category 65+, Disability or Rehabilitation as appropriate
Select the Application
Fill out the application and attach any supporting documents if you have them.
Click on Send
Please note that you must register the date of application.
Supporting documents can be submitted through My pages, on paper to the TR service centre or to the TR agencies at district commissioners throughout the country.
