On My Pages Ísland.is under the category Education, graduates from the University of Iceland can now view their graduations from the University. Information that can be viewed is, for example, the graduation date, study program, department, school and degree or other final exam as appropriate.

Transcript with graduation

As of 2015, graduates may also access a transcript with graduation. The transcript shows the student's degree, completed courses and completion date. In addition, information about the degree or final exam and date of graduation is displayed along with average grade and total number of credits.

The transcript is sealed electronically and thus a certified copy. If the transcript is printed, it is no longer certified as a source.

For practical reasons, graduates may hand over the certified transcript to those who so request, such as their employer, using simple electronic means, e.g. e-mail.
