What does it mean if my application for housing benefits has been put on hold?

Applications can be put on hold for different reasons.
When an application has been processed the applicant will receive an email notifying him a letter has been sent to Electronic documents on HMS My pages.
This letter will inform the applicant that his application has been put on hold and the reason why.

It is important to monitor our communications and respond within 15 days, otherwise the application may be rejected.
