Can it be decided before death that the surviving spouse will be living in an undivided estate after the death of the other spouse?

A spouse may prepare a will stipulating the right of the spouse who lives longer to sit in an undivided estate after the spouse's death.

Further information on the residence in a joint estate can be found here.
