Certificates for vessels subject to the vessels type

If there is difference between the Icelandic version and the English, the Icelandic version is valid.

When a ship has passed the initial survey, an application for certificate of seaworthiness and other certificates may be submitted subject to the vessel´s type.

Security certificate
Icelandic certificate of nationality and certificate of registration
IOPP - International Oil Pollution prevention certificate
IAPP - International Air Pollution prevention certificate
AFS certificate - Anti Fouling System certificate - ships > 400 BT
ISM certificate - only for Ro Ro vessels and passenger ships on sea area A and B
LL license - Load Line certificate - for new passenger ships
Permit to operate passenger vessel
