If a person stops studying without valid reasons, he/she shall not receive unemployment benefit for two months from the time when the application for unemployment benefit was received. Nor is he entitled to payment of income-related unemployment benefit.
Statement on completion of studies
By signing the job seeker confirms that he/she has submitted explanations regarding the end of the studies and that they contain satisfactory explanations for the end of the studies.
Certificate of school attendance
It is important to indicate when the programme begins and when it is likely to do so. Continuous study is not required for each semester of study. In the event of a discontinuation of studies, each period of study must be recorded separately. The number of completed units must be indicated.
A certificate of attendance is to be sent to the appropriate office of the Directorate of Labour, where the job seeker is registered.
