Any complaints relating to services provided by healthcare facilities should be directed to the management of those facilities.
In the event of a mistake or mishap occurring during a course of treatment or a surgical procedure within the public health services, patients may seek the assistance of the Social Insurance Administration.
In the event of a mistake or mishap occurring in the private practice of a doctor, dentist or other healthcare employee, patients may seek redress from the insurance company of the healthcare employee in question.
