Licence to operate employment and rehabilitation services for disabled people
Persons with disabilities are offered support services that are necessary for their participation in an inclusive society. The purpose is that it should be on an equal footing with others and not become socially isolated.
Employment and rehabilitation services
The needs of disabled persons shall be geared towards rehabilitation, education and employment, and shall promote equal work and participation in daily life.
Municipalities shall operate sheltered workplaces, training and day-care centers for disabled people where they have access to developmental, occupational and vocational training.
Vocational training shall also be available on the labor market with appropriate support.
